About the role

ShylCare is growing — we have hospitals onboarding and a product that works. What we need now is someone who can tell the story, build the pipeline, and own everything between "they've never heard of us" and "they're booked for a demo."

This is a founding-team-level marketing hire. You'll define how ShylCare shows up in the market — the content, the outreach, the events, the brand. There's no playbook yet. You'd write it.

What you'll work on

→Hospital outreach and lead generation — identifying clinics and hospitals that would benefit from ShylCare and getting them into a demo
→Content marketing — blog posts, LinkedIn presence, case studies from real hospital deployments
→Event and conference presence — healthcare conferences, hospital association events, medical college outreach
→Partnership development — working with medical equipment vendors, pharma distributors, and healthcare networks who touch the same hospitals we do
→Onboarding content — product guides, training materials, and communication that helps hospitals adopt ShylCare faster

What we're looking for

→2–5 years in B2B marketing, growth, or sales — healthcare or SaaS background is a strong plus
→Comfortable talking to hospital administrators and doctors — not just writing about them
→Strong written communication — you'll be producing content regularly
→Comfort with ambiguity — we're early stage, so the person who thrives here builds structure rather than waiting for it
→Based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai
